How To Make A Booking

Making a booking is easy! Once you have read our terms and conditions, decided on your date and package, complete the enquiry form online or give us a call directly to check availability.

What happens next……………

If we have availability on your chosen date or can offer a suitable alternative, we will make a provisional booking. We will send you a booking email which should be read and checked in full and replied to, to confirm that all is correct.  The email will contain information relating to deposit requirements, this should be forwarded to Game Machine within 7 days of booking to secure your party date.

On receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your booking by email.  We will also include a copy of our terms and conditions and a PDF link to our party invitations.

One week in advance of your booking we will contact you to reconfirm your booking details. 
On the day of your party we will arrive in plenty of time to set up and will entertain your party goers while you relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in your home! The balance due can be settled on the day of your event.


A confirmed booking requires a deposit of €50 to secure your party date and time. A booking will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received and funds have cleared. A receipt will be issued when funds have cleared and an invoice will be issued for the balance due.

The outstanding balance due must be paid in full on the day of your event. We will issue a receipt when funds have cleared.


We accept cash, direct bank transfers and credit card payment by PalPal.  


Cancellation must be made in writing to The Game Machine
Cancellation received in advance of 4 weeks prior to event date - 100% Refund of Payment received
Cancellation received 4-2 weeks prior to event date - 50% Refund of Payment received
Cancellation received within 2 weeks of event date - No refund of payment received


In the event of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being unable to fulfil our obligations in full our liability shall be limited to a refund of any money paid in relation to the contracted event or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. No further confirmation will be paid irrespective of the loss of any earnings. Alternatively we will offer to exchange the booking to an alternative date.


The Game Machine reserves the right to cancel, alter or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond control such as serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstances beyond the control which would subject the Game Machine employees or participants to danger.


In the event to any damage caused by participants to our vehicle or equipment, except by fair wear and tear, the client will be charged in full for the replacement cost. Damage must be reported to a Game Machine member of staff immediately.


The owners of The Game Machine reserve the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of other participants. In this event a refund will not be given. Any cost involved in removing said person will be borne by the client.

In-line with relevant legislation smoking is not permitted within the Game Machine vehicle.

The Game Machine will not accept liability for problems arising from the failure to accept and or respond to the authority and instructions of The Game Machine staff.


The Game Machine will not allow persons to play games or to watch movies that are not of an age appropriate rating.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that parental consent is obtained from all parents/guardians of party guests to play age related games. We provide full information to enable you to obtain permission on the reverse of the invitations provided with your booking. Full names of guests that are prohibited from playing certain games must be given to us in writing at the beginning of the party.


Any photographs, video or other recorded material may be used by The Game Machine for the purposed of marketing or advertising without any payment or compensation being offered or without a request being made to featured parties.


All marketing and media information produced by The Game Machine or on behalf of the Game Machine has been given in good faith and is intended as a guide to services available and may be altered without notice so suit differing seasonal or other conditions. All information is correct at time of going to press.


If you have a complaint during your event please make it directly to our Game Machine staff member, who will do their utmost to resolve the matter immediately. In the event of you not being satisfied with their response please make your complaint in writing to The Game Machine within 14 days of your booking date. Your feedback is important to us and will be treated as such.


The Game Machine is covered by all relevant insurances.
